By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions relating to our Al-Aqsa Group Tours organised by Flight2Faith.

1. Trip Overview

This group tour is scheduled for 1st September – 6th September 2026. The journey is operated as a guided, faith-friendly group experience centred around visiting Masjid Al-Aqsa and related Islamic sites.

Each Al-Aqsa tour operates independently on its listed dates and follows a structured itinerary designed to balance spiritual focus, organisation, and group travel comfort.

Pricing is based on shared accommodation (quad, triple, or twin), depending on hotel allocation and group size.

Requests for specific room types or private rooms may be available at an additional cost and must be confirmed in advance.

5. Border Control & Entry Disclaimer

All travellers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of return.

Entry into Tel Aviv and surrounding areas is subject to the discretion of border control authorities. Although uncommon, entry may be refused without explanation.

Flight2Faith is not responsible for denied entry, deportation, or any associated costs, including missed flights, accommodation, or refunds.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by Flight2Faith.

If a participant cancels for personal reasons, including illness, change of circumstances, or inability to travel, no refund will be issued.

7. Booking Confirmation Procedure

After payment, the following must be sent via WhatsApp to confirm booking:

8. Health & Travel Insurance

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Flight2Faith does not provide insurance.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Behaviour & Group Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with local laws and the faith-friendly nature of the group.

Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from group activities without refund.

10. Liability Waiver

Flight2Faith is not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delays, or unforeseen events during the trip.

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Changes & Cancellations

Flight2Faith reserves the right to make itinerary or logistical changes where required for operational or safety reasons.
